I've had the privilege of growing up in Indianapolis, Indiana and calling Indiana home the majority of my life. I attended Cathedral High School followed by Indiana University Bloomington where I studied at the Kelley School of Business, majored in Finance and was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. After completing my education, and prior to entering real estate, I embarked on my professional career in New York City where I worked in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. I have always viewed the most important part of my job as the successful building of trust with those I worked with and for. There are many moving pieces in a real estate transaction. A successful agent is one that can multitask, has strong negotiation & communication skills, and is always able to anticipate what needs to happen next during the transaction. I am fortunate to leverage my unique skill set and prior professional expertise to ensure my clients always have the best experience possible. When working with a seller, I focus on the data and current market environment to provide a Comparative Market Analysis and do everything I can, so my sellers net the highest value for their home. When working with a buyer, I pride myself on tirelessly doing all the research to find them the perfect home under the best terms.
